This Privacy Policy explains how ServiceSyncr (“ServiceSyncr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit servicesyncr.com, contact us, request a quote or free website, or use our services (websites, local SEO, AI receptionist, and automation for local service businesses). By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide directly. When you submit our consultation/contact form, chat with our assistant, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website URL (if any), your industry, what you’re looking for, and any message or details you choose to share.
  • Payment information. When you purchase a plan or add-on, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Stripe collects and handles your card and billing details directly. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers; we may receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation, the last four digits, and billing contact) to manage your account.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions, through cookies and similar technologies (including analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics/Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, where enabled).
  • Information from third parties. For our own prospecting we may collect publicly available business listing information (for example, business name, category, address, phone number, ratings, and whether a business has a website) from sources such as Google Maps. This concerns businesses, not consumer accounts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide quotes;
  • Build, deliver, operate, and support the services you request (websites, SEO, AI receptionist, and automation);
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send related billing and service communications;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;
  • Measure marketing performance and, where permitted, show relevant advertising;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; and

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only as described below, and only as necessary for the purposes above:

  • Service providers / processors. We share information with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, including: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (secure database and authentication hosting), Lovable (website hosting), Twilio and Resend (calls, SMS, and email notifications), AI call-handling providers used for the AI receptionist, and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising). These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ServiceSyncr, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your direction or consent. We may share information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.

Method of disclosure. When we share information with the processors above, it is transmitted electronically over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) through secure APIs, and is governed by our agreements with those providers. We do not publicly post your personal information.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS across our website and integrations;
  • Storage in a reputable, access-controlled database (Supabase) with encryption at rest;
  • Role-based access controls and row-level security so that customer data in our CRM is accessible only to authenticated, authorized accounts;
  • Use of a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor (Stripe) so that card data is handled by Stripe and not stored on our systems;
  • Principle of least privilege for internal and vendor access; and
  • Ongoing review of our security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you may opt out of certain analytics/advertising cookies. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.
